Tuscany is the backdrop of this Retreat of Awakening

A retreat is not merely about withdrawal — it is about elevation. Rather than moving horizontally away from daily life, we rise vertically from our foundation into expanded awareness. The Tuscan hills provide an exceptional landscape to activate and harmonize our ability to perceive — both externally and internally. In this retreat experience, this expanded perspective becomes the foundation for creating your Sacred Space.
Sacred Soul Retreat
This retreat experience includes high-vibrational vegetarian and vegan meals, Chakra Healing, aromatherapy, and a sacred temple experience. Through silent walks you will attune to stillness and inner space, while the workshops support deep energetic alignment. Combined with sacred chants, the mantras will guide you into profound relaxation and soul connection.

LOCATION
Nestled in the rolling Chianti hills of Tuscany, just ten kilometers south of Florence, Villa Vrindavana is a 16th-century Renaissance villa rich in history and timeless beauty. Built by prominent architects, it once hosted influential figures, including Niccolò Machiavelli, who is said to have drawn inspiration from peaceful walks through the surrounding forest. Today, the villa is embraced by a vast 220-acre estate, home to a serene lake, organic fields, ancient olive groves, and a flourishing orchard.
PROGRAM
Thursday 14th— Arrival & Grounding

Upon arrival in the late afternoon (2-5pm), you will be warmly welcomed and guided through the check-in process, followed by a tour of the sacred grounds of Villa Vrindavana. As the evening unfolds, we gather for our first communal dinner, allowing space to connect and settle into the retreat atmosphere. The day concludes with the Balancing Yin & Yang workshop, where you will begin harmonizing masculine and feminine energies within yourself, creating a stable energetic foundation for the days ahead. The evening ends in deep rest and integration.
Friday 15th May — Awakening Inner Power & Energy Alignment
The day begins with a nourishing breakfast, preparing body and mind for a powerful morning session: Power of the Soul, a transformational workshop focused on activating your inner strength and authentic essence. After lunch, we dive into Chakras and Essential Oils, exploring the energetic body and learning how aromatherapy can support emotional and spiritual balance. The afternoon offers free time for rest, reflection, or personal exploration of the surroundings. In the evening, we reunite for dinner followed by soothing evening chants, allowing the day’s insights to settle deeply before entering a restful night.

Saturday 16th May — Sacred Temple Experience & Deep Transformation
Friday begins before sunrise with the sacred Golden Hour ritual (Mangala Arati), followed by invoking the blessing of Nature (Tulasi Puja) and Mantra Japa, inviting you into the ancient rhythm of devotional practice. After welcoming the greatness of the day (Darshan arati) and hearing about Stories of the Soul from ancient scriptures, we gather for breakfast. The late morning continues with the workshop Dharma & Mindset, offering clarity on purpose, alignment, and conscious living. After lunch and free time for integration, the afternoon brings the powerful workshop Reprogramming Beliefs, guiding you to release limitations and embody higher perspectives. The day closes with dinner and uplifting evening chants.
Sunday 17th May — Integration & Embodiment
The final day opens with Yoga Essential, gently awakening the body and anchoring the retreat energy into physical presence. After breakfast, we complete the check-out process (11am) and move into a closing Integration Session, designed to help you carry the insights, healing, and transformation into your daily life. We conclude with a shared lunch, celebrating connection, growth, and the completion of this sacred journey together.
